Q: How often will the shuttles run?
A: Shuttles will transport festival goers 30 minutes before the music starts and run continuously, all day, until 30 minutes after the music ends each day. Exact timing will be provided closer to the event date.
Q: Can I purchase a shuttle pass over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.
Q: How do I get my shuttle pass? Where do I go??
A: All shuttle passes will be distributed via will call only, meaning you will pick up your shuttle pass at the shuttle stop. About one week before the event, we will send you an informational email regarding check-in, including how to go about picking up your shuttle pass. Upon arrival, the purchaser will need to present a valid photo ID to receive a shuttle wristband for each pass purchased.
Q: Is there a minimum age to purchase a shuttle pass?
A: Nope! People of all ages can purchase and ride the shuttle. All guests riding the shuttle are required to purchase a pass regardless of age.
Q: Does my shuttle pass include a ticket to the concert?
A: No, it does not, but it does provide you with safe, reliable round-trip transportation.
Q: How far are the hotels/shuttle stops from the festival?
A: Shuttle stops are about 10 to 20 minutes away from The Peach Festival site, with standard traffic. While we cannot account for area traffic or weather delays, we will get you there and back as quickly as possible every time!
Q: Where do I get dropped off at the event?
A: Our shuttles drop off and pick up right near the entry area for the event. We will have more details regarding this in the informational email we send you closer to the event.
Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible shuttles?
A: Yes! If you require wheelchair accessibility, please reach out to our Guest Services team in advance of the event date at [email protected] so that we can ensure you are properly taken care of! Please note, it may take additional time for an accessible shuttle to reach your pick-up location.
Q: Is there a lost and found for any items lost on the shuttle?
A: Any items found on the shuttle will be returned to the festival’s Lost & Found.
Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more details.
Q: I purchased a shuttle pass but can no longer attend. Can my friend or family member pick up the pass on my behalf?
A: Sure! In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the pass on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want to use my shuttle pass?
