Hotel Package FAQs

Q: Does Lost Lands have a minimum age? 

A: Yes! Lost Lands Festival is an 18+ event. However, when purchasing a hotel package, all persons must be 21+ to check into the hotel. People under the age of 21 may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be 21 years of age to check in and must present valid photo identification. All other guests must be 18+ to attend the event. 

Q: Do these travel packages come with festival-access? 

A: Yes! All hotel packages come with either 2 or 4 GA or VIP Tickets. You will get the same perks as any other non-hotel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Hotel Package purchaser! 

Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages? 

A: Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages! An initial 25% will be charged at the time of purchase, followed by 3 monthly payments of 25%. Please note: This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you won’t need to choose to enter into it – you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase.” Please note – additional ticketing or purchase fees may apply. 

Q: I already purchased tickets to the event, but I would like a Hotel Package! How can I switch? 

A: Please contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] for assistance! Pending availability, we may be able to accommodate you with a refund of your initial order for the repurchase of a hotel package. This is based on availability and not guaranteed, so please contact us directly to inquire about the option before purchasing a hotel package.
 

Q: Where will I receive my tickets? 

A: On Location representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets, as well as any merchandise or additional items that come with your package. Basically, one-stop check-in for everything! 

Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Hotel Package check-in. 

Q: What are the check-in and check-out dates?  

A: All packages are 4-nights and will check-in on 9/18, check-out on the 9/22. 

Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel? 

A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times. Typically, check-in is between 3 and 4 pm, and check-out is between 11am and 12pm. Your exact check-in and check-out times will be listed on your info email, sent out closer to the event 

Q: Is parking provided at the hotel? 

A: Hotel parking is not included in the package. Valet and/or self-parking is available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue.  As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including the times and locations for the shuttle services. 

Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package? 

A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!  

Q: Are the shuttles wheelchair accessible? 

A: Yes, we do have wheelchair accessible shuttles. Please reach out to our Guest Services team at [email protected] or by phone at 855-345-8161 with your information and hotel as soon as possible, so we can best accommodate you.
 

Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the travel package dates? 

A: During the purchase process for your hotel package, you will be able to purchase the additional night of Wed. 9/17. 

If you have booked additional nights separately through the hotel directly, please reach out to our Guest Services team at [email protected] with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability. 

* Please note – Adding Wednesday to your hotel reservation does not grant access to festival events hosted on Wednesday. 

Q: As a VIP guest, how will I be able to find all the amazing VIP amenities and services throughout the festival? 

A: Check out the Lost Lands website for more festival information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all important event details. 

Q: As a VIP, will I have access to all GA areas? 

A: Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access. 

Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event? 

A: No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.  

Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf? 

A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event. 

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package? 

A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details. 

Q: Am I going to have an amazing time? 

A: ABSOLUTELY!
