Hangout Fest 2024 Lodging Package FAQs
Please note, information on FAQs is subject to change.
Q: Does Hangout Fest have a minimum age?
A: Nope! Hangout Fest is open to people of all ages! However, when purchasing a Lodging Package, all persons must be 21+ or 25+ to check into the hotel. People under those ages may still occupy a room; however, the person whose name is booked on the reservation must be of the age required to check in and must present valid photo identification. Please check your specific hotel’s age policy before purchasing to ensure you meet the requirements.
Q: Do these Lodging Packages come with festival-access?
A: Yes! All Vacation Packages come with either 2 or 4 GA, VIP, or Super VIP 3-day Tickets. You will get the same perks as any other non-lodging package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you will receive with your Lodging Package.
Q: Are there packages available for parties larger than 4?
A: Group lodging options are available for groups of 10 or more. If you’re interested in learning more, let us know and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss options!
Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes, there are payment plans for all Vacation Packages through Klarna! You will have the option to select a “Pay in 4” installment plan or monthly financing at checkout.
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: On Location representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in and pick up your tickets and shuttle passes. Basically, one-stop check-in for everything!
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Lodging Package check-in.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is not included in the package, unless specifically noted. Valet and self-parking may be available upon arrival for additional fees. However, our complimentary shuttle transportation is available to and from the venue. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an email with all of the event details, including the times and locations for the shuttle services.
Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this Lodging Package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the Lodging Package dates?
A: To add additional nights to your Lodging Package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your Lodging Package reservation information yet.
Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services team at [email protected] with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and/or family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: In order to accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What is an onsite host?
A: The onsite host is basically an extension of our Guest Services team at the event itself. He/she will be available for any questions or concerns that may arise during check-in.
Q: As a VIP/Super VIP guest, how will I be able to find all the amazing VIP/Super VIP amenities and services throughout the festival?
A: Check out the Hangout Fest website for more festival information and details! Additionally, as it gets closer to the event, the purchaser will receive an email with all important event details.
Q: As a VIP, will I have access to all GA areas?
A: Yes! You will be able to access any area of the festival that General Admission guests are permitted to access.
Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. On Location’s trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
