Travel Package FAQs
Q: Does the Field & Stream Music Fest have a minimum age?
A: Nope! FSMF is open to people of all ages. Children 10 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian with a wristband! However, travel package purchasers must abide by the hotel’s age policy. For the Hampton Inn Rock Hill, guests must be 18+ to check-in and for the Townplace Suites and the DoubleTree by Hilton guests must be 21+ to check-in.
Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. However, we’re happy to help walk you through the purchasing process if you’d like to give us a ring at 855-345-8161!
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: On Location representatives will be at a designated location within the hotel to assist you. Here you can check in, and pick up your tickets, as well as any merchandise or additional items that come with your package. Basically, one-stop check-in for everything!
Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit card. Although your room is paid for in full, you will need a credit card for any incidentals you may incur. As it gets closer to the event, the package purchaser will receive an informational email with the exact time and location for Travel Package check-in.

Q: Do these travel packages come with festival-access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with either 2 or 4 GA, SVIP, or MSVIP Tickets. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager!
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages! A 25% deposit will be charged at the time of purchase. The remaining balance will be divided into three equal payments, which will be automatically charged to the card on file (the card used for the initial payment) on the 1st of each month, starting the month after your deposit. The last day for payment plans will be 4/30/25. If you purchase after 4/30/25, the full package amount will be charged at the time of purchase.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Hampton Inn & Suites Rock Hill
– Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am.
TownePlace Suites Rock Hill
– Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia
– Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Hotel parking is complimentary.
Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the travel package dates?
A: To add additional nights to your travel package, you will need to book those nights directly with the hotel. Please note, the front desk will most likely not have your travel package reservation information yet.
Once you’ve booked the additional night(s), please reach out to our Guest Services team at [email protected] with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability
Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. On Location’ trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our purchase policy for more detail.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and/or family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy complete details.

Shuttle FAQs
Q: Can I purchase a shuttle pass over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online.
Q: How do I get my shuttle pass? Where do I go??
A: All shuttle passes are will call only. About two weeks before the event, we will send you an informational email regarding check-in, including how to go about picking up your shuttle pass. Upon arrival, the purchaser will present photo ID and receive a shuttle wristband for each pass purchased.
Q: Is there a minimum age to purchase a shuttle pass?
A: Nope! People of all ages can purchase and ride the shuttle. Children 10 and under can attend the event for free (accompanied by a ticketed adult) therefore children under 10 can ride the shuttle complimentary. Please contact us in advance if you have a child under 10 riding the shuttle so we can make note.
Q: Does my shuttle pass include a ticket to the concert?
A: No it does not, but it does provide you with safe, reliable round-trip transportation.
Q: How long does it take to get to the venue from my hotel??
A: The driving time for each:
· Hampton Inn & Suites Rock Hill – about 38 miles away, or a 40 minute drive.
· TownePlace Suites Rock Hill – about 37 miles away, or a 38 minute drive.
· DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia – about 42 miles away, or a 45 minute drive.
Q: Where do I get dropped off at the event?
A: Our shuttles drop off and pick up right near the entry area for the event. We will have more details regarding this in the informational email we send you closer to the event.
Q: When will the shuttles depart after the concert is over?
A: Shuttles will depart promptly after the concert is over. Final shuttle departs :30 mins after music ends. Don’t worry, this is plenty of time if you leave the venue and make your way directly back to the shuttle.
Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible shuttles?
