Buckeye Country Superfest Travel Package FAQs
Q: Does the Buckeye Country Superfest have a minimum age?
A: Nope! The festival is open to people of all ages. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free but must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. However, travel package purchasers must abide by the hotel’s age policy. For The Graduate Columbus, guests must be 18+ to check-in and for all other hotels, guests must be 21+ to check-in.
Q: Can I purchase a package over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders over the phone and therefore all packages must be purchased online. However, we’re happy to help walk you through the purchasing process if you’d like to give us a ring at 855-345-8161!
Q: Where will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets for Travel Packages will be digital. In the weeks leading up to the event, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster prompting you to claim your tickets to the shows. Please note, you will need to click into this email and add your tickets to your Ticketmaster account or digital wallet. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to access your tickets in Ticketmaster.

Q: What is the festival address?

Q: Do these travel packages come with festival access?
A: Yes! All travel packages come with either 2 or 4 A-Deck Reserved or Club seating. You will get the same perks as any other non-travel package guests with the same ticket-type in addition to all the perks you’ll get as a Travel Packager!
Q: Is there a payment plan for these packages?
A: Yes, there are payment plans for all travel packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and the final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on October 3rd, 2025. If you purchase after 10/3/2025, you will be charged for the package in full upon your purchase. You will have the option to select “pay in full” at the time of purchase or to select the payment plan option at that time. Please note – additional ticketing or purchase fees may apply.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?
A: We abide by the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times, which are:
Courtyard Columbus Downtown
– Check-in begins at 3pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown
– Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
The Plaza Hotel at Capitol Square
– Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Sonesta Columbus Downtown
– Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 11am.
Graduate Columbus
– Check-in begins at 4pm each day and all guests must be checked out at the end of their stay by 12pm.
Q: Is parking provided at the hotel?
A: Parking is an additional cost at each hotel. Please see below for details:

· The Plaza hotel at Capitol Square – Nearby Off-Site Self-Parking, $17/night

Q: How long does it take to get to the venue from my hotel?
A: The driving time for each:
· Courtyard Columbus Downtown – about 3.7 miles away, or an 11-minute drive.
· Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown – about 3.4 miles away, or a 10-minute drive.
· The Plaza hotel at Capitol Square – about 5.6 miles away, or a 14-minute drive.
· Sonesta Columbus Downtown – about 4.3 miles away, or a 10-minute drive.
· Graduate Columbus – about 2.8 miles away, or a 10-minute drive.
Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the travel package dates?
A: During the purchase process for your hotel package, you will be able to purchase the additional night of Sunday 6/14.
If you have booked additional nights separately through the hotel directly, please reach out to our Guest Services team at [email protected] with your reservation information and we’d be happy to submit a request to the hotel to link the reservations. While the hotel will always do their best to accommodate, there is a small chance you may have to switch rooms as all additional night requests are based on hotel availability.
* Please note – Adding Sunday to your hotel reservation does not grant access to festival events hosted on Sunday.

Q: Do I need to purchase a festival parking pass/is shuttle service included in my package?
A: It is not necessary to purchase parking passes with this travel package. Shuttle service between the hotel and venue is included in your package. We will let you know the specific shuttle schedule closer to the event – stay tuned for an informational email!
Q: Can I use my On Location package for a contest/giveaway or to promote my website/product/event?
A: No. On Location’ trademarks, intellectual property, tickets and other offerings may NOT be used for advertising, promotions, auctions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose, without express written consent from On Location and its partners. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
Q: I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and/or family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
A: To accommodate this, the original purchaser must contact our Guest Services team at [email protected] to authorize an alternate pick-up person at least 2 weeks before the event date. This authorization will allow a friend or family member to pick-up the package on the purchaser’s behalf. All informational emails and correspondence will still go to the original purchaser, and it is up to them to relay the information to the guest that is attending the event.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy complete details.
