Our Response to COVID-19

In this COVID-19 era – one in which all live events have been impacted in one way or another – a lot has changed. But one thing that will always remain consistent is our underlying mission: to create exceptional experiences for our guests. Ensuring truly special fan + artist connections will never change for us, and likewise, high safety and security standards remain our highest priority.

With this in mind, we are constantly working to stay on the cutting-edge of industry best practices, and will continue to adjust our safety protocols and offerings to create the safest possible environment. Here are just a few of the many steps we will be taking:

A note on impacted programs:
Ticket holders for impacted events will be notified by the concert or festival host regarding cancellations, postponements and/or rescheduled dates, and at times may also receive supplemental communication from CID Entertainment with refund or ticket transfer options specific to their purchase.
