“Wolfmother surprised fans last night by stealthily releasing their third record, New Crown. The follow-up to 2009′s Cosmic Egg comes after a strange last year for the Australian hard rockers; the band broke up for all of ten weeks, during which time frontman Andrew Stockdale released Keep Moving as a solo record. Stockdale reconvened the band barely a month after the album dropped, and promptly got back to work on a proper Wolfmother release. That release has coalesced into New Crown, which is available now for purchase and streaming below via Bandcamp ”
